This human resource development course provides a good overview to new or experienced supervisors wishing to enhance their effectiveness.  Students will develop insight into their own management, leadership, and behavioral styles, learn how to communicate more effectively, and how to better work with adults. 

Course topics include:  Supervisors as Leaders; Team Building; Documenting Discipline; Company Mission and Vision; Diversity; Customer Service; and Company Morale.
