Admission Information for Full Time Programs |

It is important to start the registration process early. Courses with insufficient enrollment are subject to cancellation. The decision to cancel a class is based on confirmed enrollment. So please REGISTER EARLY!
Admission Assessments Applicants who want to enroll in a Full Time Program begin the process by completing a three-part assessment. There is no charge for the entrance assessment, except for the Licensed Practical Nurse assessment. Reservations are required for assessments, as seating is limited. Call today to make your reservation or contact the Adult Education Office for more information. Financial Aid Financial Aid is available for those who qualify. There are a number of potential sources including Pell Grants, Stafford Loans, Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Boards, the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Ohio Industrial Commission, Veterans Benefits, and possibly others. The school employs a financial aid counselor and an agency liaison to assist students who wish to apply for financial aid. Learn more about financial aid options or contact the Adult Education Office for more information. Payment of Fees Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, cash, or check payable to MVCTC Adult Education. When a course is cancelled, full refunds are issued according to the original method of payment. Financial Aid is available for Full Time Programs to those who qualify. Special payment arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis.  Books The course fee includes the cost of books and other supplies. Books are generally distributed during the first class. Materials and supplies are made available as needed.
Certificates Students who successfully complete a course receive an official school certificate noting their accomplishment. The school does not retain copies of certificates, therefore duplicates cannot be issued.
