The Dialysis Technician program prepares students to work in dialysis units, assisting in the care of patients undergoing hemodialysis.  The program is designed to provide the skills and knowledge to administer safe and effective care.  This program is approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

1098-T tax forms are being mailed during the week of January 25 to full time students who paid class fees during the calendar year 2009. Students whose fees were paid by a sponsoring agency do not qualify.

Part time students who paid class fees during 2009 will not automatically receive a 1098 form.  These students may request a 1098 tax form by contacting the Adult Education office at 854-6072.
